Audiovisual art without a good script is not sustainable. What good is a good story if the dialogue is badly written? The “Dialogues” workshop with Drika Nery, will be divided in two parts. One is theoretical and another practical, which co-exist in parallel. The course will cover the framework of dialogues in scripts for feature films, short films, series, and plays.
The course is geared for anyone interested in learning and/or looking to delve into perfecting the technique of dramaturgy.

“Scripts for web series”

One phenomenon is clear: there is a new broadcasting medium called web television where several audiovisual products are broadcast. This includes web series which are a series of episodes launched on the internet and seen by thousands of people.
This course is for individuals interested in learning narrative writing for episodes. Theoretical and practical fronts will be covered. The proposed workshop will be an immersion in the world of web series which will include: how to identify a Great idea? The definition of the premise, the development of the characters, the plot, the narrative, the argument and the script – forms, devices, models.
The objective of the course is that at the end of the workshop the participants will have their own guide and the means to film their pilot episode. The guide is the compilation of the knowledge and the know how that the instructor / author has regarding the universe of series and its characters.
